  • All orders are delivered by the transport company TNT at street level.
  • When the order leaves the warehouse, Butter Up will inform the customer via email as soon as the order leaves the logistics platform. For more information or updates, check tracking or get in touch with us
  • In case of any incident during the delivery, the transportation agency will contact you to inform you of it. For any clarification of this, please contact our customer service team.

IMPORTANT: If it is found at the time of delivery by the carrier, nonconformity of the packaging or it is visibly damaged, it must be clearly stated on the delivery note of the transport company. The customer must then inform Butter Up within 24 hours. In any case you should always verify that the goods have been delivered in perfect condition and for any doubts, it is recommended to always put on the delivery notes the detailed state that the item has arrived in such as "packaging in bad state", "arrived damaged / broken" or "box appears manipulated” etc.

Delivery Costs

    • Delivery costs are automatically calculated in the shopping basket depending on the volume and weight of the products selected and shipping area. Before placing your order, you can see these costs at the checkout. If it is not listed please get in touch
    • Transporting large/ heavy equipment such as: beds, tables, saunas, fitness equipment, etc. Delivery will be made only at street level to the door. For the courier service to enter a premises, climb stairs, etc, a special service delivery is required and must be organised by the customer for the day shipping is confirmed. 
    • Product assembly is not offered in any delivery cases
